    Drop it low, let it jiggle and sweat it out! Combining cardio-dance moves and booty focused fitness and oh yes - you WILL learn how to werk it and TWERK IT! You’ll be feeling PEACHY after this workout! ALL ABOUT THAT BOOTY!

    LET'S SWEAT! This high energy, HIIT inspired class will get your heart pumping and you PUMPED UP! Get ready to work the full body in this high intensity interval style training class through quick, intense bursts of exercise with short active, recovery periods.

  • Curls + Crunches

    Work those abs & arms hitting every angle of your core defining and sculpting your abdominals, obliques and lower back plus you'll be flexing those arm gains as you feel the burn from triceps to biceps and everything in between. Weights are welcome but cans of soup & laundry jugs work great!

  • Stretch + Reset

    Take a breather! This class will help you increase your flexibility and range of motion. Come elongate your muscles, help your body recover and find some balance & focus amid the chaos of life. Short meditations are practiced to complete class.

    Get Sweaty! Get Sassy! Shake, Shimmy, Bend & Snap! High energy class where you could be in your favorite music video - but your grooving along to the moves in your living room. Dance based class, no dance experience needed.
